Durable With its carbon steel head and solid structure, the JR-57 Jump Rope is built to last. The PVC coated speed cable provides maximum protection.

Adjustable Cable The universal, standard speed cable is made from stainless steel cord coated with PVC for long lasting durability; 300 cm cable can be cut down to size; 2.0 mm diameter. It can be easily adjusted to suit the height of the athlete, making it suitable for individuals of all sizes.

Each JR-57 Jump Rope comes with a bag, extra screw and screwdriver.

Instructions

It is recommended to be used on smooth or rubber surfaces to avoid cable damage.

Do not use on cement or asphalt as the rough surface will destroy the coating on the cable.

After using the rope, it is recommended to fold it properly and put it in its bag.
